Due to the time, preparation, and energetic services rendered, no refunds will be issued once a session has been provided.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without the required notice will be considered a forfeited session.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after services have been rendered may result in collection actions and recovery of associated fees.

 

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Rescheduling may be permitted with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations (within 48 hours of appointment) or no-shows are non-refundable.

 

8. Confidentiality

All sessions are private and confidential.

  • Client information is not sold or shared.

  • Readings are not recorded unless requested by the client.

  • Confidential information may only be disclosed if required by law.

 

9. Intellectual Property
